Ergonomic Mount for Telephoto Camera
The challenge: to enable the use of a very long Soviet super-telephoto lens, together with a pair of extension tubes, to give a 1200mm capability to a basic digital SLR.
First, an armature was constructed to carry the camera, with a foregrip supporting the lens.

Secondly, wooden furniture was added to help with ergonomics.

The wooden furniture was distressed and patinated to match the age of the lens.
